Project: Photography Coverage for Annual Conference
Client: National Association Based in Chicago, IL.
Location: Hotel Venue Host of Conferences and Conventions in Dallas, TX.
The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are well versed with the different venues in and around the Greater Chicago Area because of all the conferences and conventions that they cover throughout the United States. Because of their reputation of capturing quality images and being able to document the proceedings of the special events surrounding conferences and conventions many of their clients hire them to travel with the association to wherever the conference or convention is taking place.
As a case in point, at the beginning of March a national association based in Chicago will have its annual conference in the photographers are traveling between conferences held in Dallas, TX and although the photographers’ home convention centers are the Long Beach Convention Center and the Anaheim Convention Center both in Southern California cross-country travel to cover conferences and conventions is part of the routine.
As previously stated, although this particular conference is being held in one of the many hotels that cater to the conferences and conventions that visit the Dallas area, the association that is hosting this special event is based in Downtown Chicago, although as is the case with many of the national trade associations, the majority of the association’s members travel from all over the United States to the conference.
Our photographers have the experience both with the conference and convention run of events and with the general layout of many of the venues that host conferences and conventions so that regardless of where the special event is being held, our photographers always feel right at home.
