Project: Photography Coverage for Annual Conference

The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are fortunate to count in their clientele many national industry and trade organizations many of whom are based in Chicago, Il. This particular calendar year some of the organizations and associations that are not based in Chicago are incorporating the area into their rotation of different cities across the United States where they are holding their yearly conference or convention where they give their members an opportunity to learn more about specifics of their industry as well as giving them an opportunity to network with other members.
One of those associations provides services to the airline industry which gives the photographers a special insight into the behind the scene workings while traveling to provide the conference and convention photography services to the various cities around the country. The variety of industry and trade associations that hire our photographers to cover their conferences or convention is quite varied but the fact that this particular one deals specifically with services that they take part of on the way to provide the photography coverage makes it extra fun for the photographers because they can experience first hand what they would have just learned in either the keynote address or in the various breakout sessions.
It is for this reason and because the client is a long term client who has hired out photography studio for a number of year to provide the conference photography at a number of convention centers around the country that out photographers are looking forward to attending their special event at the McCormick Convention Center in downtown Chicago this year.
