Project: Conference and Convention Photography Coverage

The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography count in their client base a number of national and international associations; many of which are based in Chicago, IL. Also in their client list are associations that although not based in Chicago choose the popular city to hold their annual special event; whether it is a conference, a convention or another special event.
Many of these clients are long-term clients that hire the photography studio specializing in special event coverage to take care of the photography needs for their conference or convention. One such client is an international association that specializes in specific services whose members come to the conference from all over the world regardless of the city or the convention center.
This year it so happens that the association is holding their conference at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL. Because of the excellent customer service and high quality of the images provided, the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography will once again be there to document all the events taking place surrounding the special event.
It is with great pride and enthusiasm that the photographers return year after year to work alongside the association’s staff to make sure that the conference attendees have the best event possible. Regardless of the event’s location or the logistics, our photographers will be there to ensure that the association has images documenting all of the proceedings and perhaps just as importantly, images that can then be used to promote the association’s subsequent conferences and special events.
