The goal of a marketing and outreach campaign by the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography is to secure more work doing the photography coverage for conferences and conventions in the Chicago, IL., area and for the many national associations and organizations that are based in Chicago.
Chicago is home to hundreds of these national and international associations and industry organizations that have members all over the nation and the world. Many if not all of these organizations put on conferences and conventions on a somewhat regular schedule in order to have some face time with their members and in order to enable their members to network with each other. Because so many of these associations and organizations are based in Chicago, and because Chicago is located in the central part of the United States the associations and organizations choose to hold their conference or convention right there in the greater Chicagoland.
We realize that in order to secure these special events in the greater Chicago Area, the first step is to be able to communicate with the meeting planners responsible for putting these special events together to let them know that our photographers have years of experience in covering conventions, group meetings, and conferences in the greater Chicago area are here to respond to a request for quote (RFQ) or to a request for proposal (RFP) for providing the photography event coverage for the conference or convention being planned in the Chicago area.
