Project: Securing work for conferences and conventions photographers Location: Chicago, IL Client: Caught in the Moment Photography The goal of a marketing and outreach campaign by the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography is to secure more work doing the photography coverage for conferences and conventions in the Chicago, IL., area and for the many national associations and organizations that are based in Chicago. Chicago is home to hundreds of these national and international associations and industry organizations that have members all over the nation and the world.  Many if not all of these organizations put on conferences and conventions on a somewhat regular schedule in order to have some face time with their members and in order to enable their members to network with each other.  Because so many of these associations and organizations are based in Chicago, and because Chicago is located in the central part of the United States the associations and organizations choose to hold their conference or convention right there in the greater Chicagoland.
