Project: Bidding for conferences and conventions for photographers Location: Chicago, IL Client: Caught in the Moment Photography The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are looking forward to bid on more conferences and conventions in the Chicago, IL., area and thus are in the middle of a campaign to market and reach the many national organizations and associations that are  based in Chicago. Hundreds of these national and international associations and industry organizations that have members all over the nation and the world call Chicago Home.  In order to enable their members to network with each other and in order to have the opportunity to communicate face to face with their members many if not all of these organizations put on conferences and conventions somewhat regularly.  And it makes perfect sense that since so many of these associations and organizations are based in Chicago, and because Chicago is located in the central part of the United States the associations and organizations choose to hold their conference or convention right there in the greater Chicagoland. The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are looking forward to communicate with the meeting planners responsible for putting these special events together to let them know that they have plenty of experience in covering group meetings, conferences, and conventions in the greater Chicago area and would welcome the opportunity to provide a bid or respond to a request for quote (RFQ) or to a request for proposal (RFP) for providing the photography event coverage for the conference or convention being planned in the Chicago area.  If you are a meeting planner looking to hire a photographer, know someone who is planning an event in Chicago, or would like to know more about the services that the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography can provide, please feel free to contact us via our website.
