The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are looking forward to secure more work in the Chicago, IL., area and thus are in the middle of a marketing campaign to reach the many national associations and organizations that call Chicago home.
Hundreds of these national and international associations and industry organizations that have members all over the nation and the world are based in Chicago. Many if not all of these organizations put on conventions conferences on a somewhat regular basis in order to communicate with their members face to face and in order to provide their members with networking opportunities with each other. Because Chicago is located in the central part of the United States and because so many of these associations and organizations are based in Chicago, the associations and organizations choose to hold their conference or convention right there in the greater Chicagoland.
Our conference and convention photographers want to let the meeting planners responsible for putting these special events together of the many years of experience that they have in covering conferences, group meetings, and conventions in the greater Chicago area. The photographers are making these marketing efforts in order to receive more requests for quotes (RFQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) for photography for the Chicago event, conference or convention.
