Conference Photographer Returns to Las Vegas for Long Time Convention Client

Project: Conference and Convention Photography Coverage

Location: Las Vegas, NV.

Client: National Industry and Trade Specific Association

The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography have been providing the convention photography coverage for a national industry association for a number of years and this year the association brought its convention to Las Vegas, NV., using the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino as its host venue.

The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is  a great venue to host a conference or a convention because of all the amenities that are all under the same roof; the lodging, meeting spaces, exhibit floor and entertainment is all there for the convention and conference attendees to enjoy without having to leave the venue.

This association’s convention was not the first national association conference and convention that the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography have covered at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, thus the photographers are very well acquainted with the venue space layout and the quickest and most efficient way to navigate the convention space.  The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is really several different convention centers all within the same building.  As a matter of fact during this most recent event where the photographers provided the convention photography coverage there were three other conferences and conventions going on concurrently at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino but the event space is so well laid out and managed that there were only a few times when and where the conventioneers from the different conferences and conventions crossed paths.  That obviously is tremendously helpful for the associations’ attendees so that there is a slim chance that they will inadvertently mistakenly go a different space within the resort.
