Conference and Convention Photographer Returns to Chicago, IL Area for Healthcare Association Event
Project: Conference and Convention Photography Location: Chicago, IL Clients: American Student Dental Association Recently the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography returned to the greater Chicago, IL area to photograph a conference for a long time client, the American Student Dental Association, a healthcare related national association that happens to be based in Chicago, IL. This particular national association has been holding a yearly conference for the association’s leadership for the last several years and the association’s staff has continued to select the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography to provide the photography services for the conference just like they do for the association’s other conferences, conventions and group meetings. The photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography are very well acquainted with this particular association, not only with the association’s staff, but also with the association’s membership at large as well as with the the key leaders of the membership.  This type of familiarity has developed over the many years that the the photographers and the association have been working together. The photography coverage for this particular conference is special for the photographers because the association chooses to have Caught in the Moment Photography as the conference photography service provider even though the hiring of the photography studio means that travel costs will be incurred.  The fact that these costs do not prohibit the association from hiring the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography speak volumes of the service they provide and the relationship between them and the association.
