Project: Stock Photography from Portland, OR Location: Portland, Oregon Client: Caught in the Moment Photography The conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography were hired to photograph a conference at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR, recently.  The photographers took the opportunity on that trip to travel around the city to gather stock photography images of the city of Portland. Photography coverage for conferences and conventions is one of the largest parts of the clientele for the photography studio and the Oregon Convention Center is quickly becoming a repeat host convention center for the photography clients’ special events. The stock photography images of the city of Portland that the photographers were able to capture during that most recent conference will then be used to promote the photography studio for upcoming conferences, conventions, and special events in the city of Portland. In this particular case Caught in the Moment Photography the studio itself was both the client and the photography service provider because the images that the photographer captured will be used for the studio’s own promotional purposes.  The Oregon Convention Center, and the host city of Portland, OR, tend to attract conferences and conventions that are of about the same size that typically hires the photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography to provide the conference and convention photography.  So it makes sense that the photographers would want to promote their photography services to conference and convention meeting planners that are looking to hold their event at the Oregon Convention Center.
