Two of Caught in the Moment Photography’s conference and convention clients are having their annual event this year in Portland, OR Conference Photographer and in Las Vegas, NV. Our photographers have been working these conferences and conventions for a number of years but in different locations; so as we enter the summer months, Caught in the Moment Photography is gearing up to firm up the details to once again do the conference and convention coverage for them.
The clients’ conference and convention are going to be held at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR and at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, NV.  Because Caught in the Moment Photography has loyal conference and convention clients that have hired out photographers for a number of years our photographers have had the experience of doing the photography coverage for multiple conferences and conventions both at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR and at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, NV. So even though our photographers are based in Southern California they have the experience and knowhow of having photographed conferences and conventions at both of those venues.
Our photographers do not take our relationships with the conference and convention planners and organizers for granted, and just because we have provided the conference and convention photography in years past our photographers realize that we still need to go through the process of securing their business.  So as we enter the summer months our photographers will gear up and finalize the plans and contracts to photograph both the clients that will hold their conferences and conventions in Portland, OR and in Las Vegas, NV.
