Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX, and the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC.  Our clients hold annual conferences and conventions all over the country and because they know the quality of the images we provide and the quick turnaround time they gladly bring us along. Conferences and conventions quite often have numerous concurrent sessions going on.  It is in cases like this when it becomes invaluable for the photographers to know the ins and outs of the convention center where the event is being held.  Not only is it important that the photographer can find all the rooms, but because the sessions are only happening for a determined period of time then also the how to quickly  get to the rooms becomes also very important. It is for both of theses reasons that we recommend that you a hire a conference or convention photographer that is a) specialized in conferences and conventions, b) knows the layout of the venue literally inside and out, and hopefully c) familiar with the specific association or organization hosting the conference so that there is a familiarity with the subject matter and the important and key players.
