Although based in Southern California with our home convention centers being the Anaheim Convention Center and the Long Beach Convention Center, Caught in the Moment Photography has the resources both in terms of photographers and equipment to cover multiple conferences and conventions nationwide. We get this question often enough that we thought it appropriate to write a brief article about our capabilities.
Caught in the Moment Photography has a staff large enough to cover multiple conferences or conventions while maintaining the service and quality images that our meeting planner clients are used to. In fact it is these very clients from whom the question often arises. They have such a great experience with our photographers and have such a wealth of images to use that they want to know if we can travel with their particular conference or convention to the next location, whether across town, or across the country.
Case in point, one of our clients likes to rotate their conference to the West Coast, particularly to the Anaheim Convention Center area. This particular client realized that they could see a marked difference in the quality of the images when they were away from the Southern California area. They then realized that Caught in the Moment not only provided superior images, but just as importantly integrated seamlessly with the team that had come to Southern California. So it was not a stretch to consider Caught in the Moment as a part of their team and when it came time to budget for a photographer for the next conference or convention Caught in the Moment Photography was part of that budget.
So the short answer is that yes, Caught in the Moment Photography is based in Southern California, and although we most frequently photograph at the Long Beach and Anaheim Convention Centers we will certainly travel to any destination.
