This is the week; the Anaheim Orange County Visitors and Convention Bureau Breakfast Club is having its annual fund raising event at the Orange Hill Restaurant. Lana Farfan of Caught in the Moment Photography is this year’s president of the Breakfast Club and along with the rest of her board has been putting the finishing touches on this year’s event that promises to be a very special event.
As a special events photographer Lana is typically behind the camera at fund raising events such as this but this week she will be front and center as the group does its best to raise funds for the benefit of the greater Anaheim community.
“This event is but one small example of how the business community that caters to the conventions and conferences in Anaheim shows its appreciation for our community.” Said Lana, “it’s exactly what being part of the community is all about; we work here, play here and it’s our chance to raise funds for those in need.”
The annual event features an online auction component, which in addition to the live event is expected to raise over twenty thousand dollars. Sample items available for silent and or live auction at the event include admissions to local amusement parks and attractions, private tours, hotel stays, and a myriad of professional services donated by the member partners of the Anaheim Orange County Visitors and Convention Bureau.
The event is Wednesday April 24th at 5:30 PM at the Orange Hill Restaurant located at 6410 E. Chapman Ave. Orange, 92869.
