- The night before: Fast unless we’ve given different instructions. Water is fine, and staying hydrated actually helps.
- The morning of: Keep it simple. Skip the gym, wear something with sleeves that roll up easily, and come in calm.
What to Share With Us
Bring a list of everything you take, like medications, herbs, powders, all of it. Even things you think are “just vitamins” can change results. For example, biotin, which is often in hair and nail supplements, can distort certain markers.
