In case you haven’t heard, fleet wraps are a great way to create a professional image within your community. If your business or organization owns or leases multiple commercial vehicles, they should be used for mobile advertising. We recently created a new bus wrap for Never Grow Up, Inc. (NGU), the parent company of The Academy Preschools. Let’s take a look at how the new bus wrap was created and how it works with NGU’s other fleet vehicles to reinforce their brand. [caption id="attachment_1824" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Check out the bus wrap we designed and installed for The Academy Preschools. We love this eye-catching color and fun decals! [/caption] We’ve been fortunate to work with NGU on several fleet wraps, including one other bus, two fiats, one maintenance truck, and a brand new Nissan Murano. This bus was purchased to be used at The Academy of Heritage Commons, in Thompson’s Station, TN. The biggest challenge on this project was the limited amount of time we had to design, print and install the wrap. We had only 6 days to finish the installation from the time we received the first call. We were up for the challenge! Fortunately, we had wrapped one other bus for NGU, so we didn’t have to start from scratch on this one. The first bus was a different model, so our designer had to reformat the artwork from the original design. He submitted a proof of the design for the new bus to NGU for approval. Once we received approval, we printed the graphics on high performance vinyl and added a laminate for protection from fading and scratches. We also contour cut the vinyl decals on our flatbed cutter. Check out this video to see our cutter in action! [/caption] Our talented team then began installing the custom wrap. This one took three days to fully wrap, since the bus had so many contours. If you look closely, you can see how much detail work was required to cover all the angles!
