Value Industrial Partners is a thought leader in the fields of real estate management and investment. Famous for its targeted acquisitions, the firm’s management team succeeds in presenting attractive properties to prospective tenants. When a 20,600 square foot property near I-53 and the Dundee Road Interchange needed a post and panel directory sign in Arlington Heights, IL, the management team contacted our sign shop to help with the project.
Designing, Producing and Installing Changeable Directory Signs with a Brand Focus
The client requested a brand focus that would not overshadow the functionality of the directories. Therefore, we designed a product that perfectly fits the landscape, architectural design, and corporate colors of the firm.
- Post and panel setup. The signs consist of two posts supporting one panel. The color of the posts and the print on the sign match.
- Brand color. For the background color of the panel, our technicians used a dark green color. It is in keeping with the firm’s corporate palette.
- Changeable elements. You will notice that the sign features the property’s address on top and the company’s brand details on the bottom. In between, five slots display the tenants’ names. One space in the first directory is blank since that particular suite is still vacant. If there is any movement among tenants or future changes, updating this directory will be a snap.
Directory Signs that Change with Your Needs
More and more property management companies favor installing directories that allow for quick changes when vacancies open up or fill. Doing so is advantageous since it keeps your wayfinding signage always up to date. Replaceable pieces that slide into the panel are, of course, the easiest ways of maintaining the accuracy of the signage.
That said, other products are also suitable for quick and inexpensive updates. For example, when your directory displays with an imprinted vinyl overlay, we can change it out as soon as you have filled a vacancy. Temporary vinyl stripes are appropriate for marking a suite as empty.
Are You Looking for Outdoor Post and Panel Directory Signs in Arlington Heights, IL?
If you are a property manager searching for an attractive landscape display to feature your tenants’ names, you cannot go wrong with a post and panel sign. Its makeup is entirely customizable to suit your color, shape, and size needs. Even so, there are also other options.
For example, some business clients have had excellent success with installing monument signs that feature changeable tenant panels. These are typically internally lit with LEDs for after-dark visibility. If you want to boost the visibility of the signage, consider the installation of a pylon instead. In addition to being taller, it lets you go bigger with the panels for the individual tenants.
From there, you might decide to have each tenant display in their brand-centric colors and fonts or keep it uniform in the font that you select.
