This client is an excellent example to show how fleet graphics management evolves over the years. Initially, the fleet vehicle graphics program began with designing, producing, and installing a first set of letters and images on the trucks the client already had. As the client added to their fleet, we continued to help brand these trucks as well.
What is Consistent Branding for Fleet Vehicle Graphics?
Over the years, the client began adding Ford Transit vans to the fleet. They have a different look, and their design differs from the F-250 trucks. Because we kept the company’s specs on file, our graphic artist could rework the graphics’ sizing and design to fit the new vehicles. This allows us to maintain consistent branding across the various trucks and vans.
By the way, ongoing fleet graphics management also means keeping up with the changes the vehicle models themselves undergo over the years. For example, the Ford F-250 changed from steel body parts to aluminum alloy. This type of change means we may have to adjust the vinyl we use for wraps, graphics, and lettering. Then, in 2023, Ford revamped the F-250 with an updated exterior design. For our team, it means adjusting the graphics setup to keep branding consistent across a fleet by matching the new design lines with the graphics placement.
