Sometimes, clients need wall signs for offices to take along when expanding. A case in point is the Oie Group Real Estate Broker office, where we recently installed clear acrylic lobby logo signs in Chino, CA.
Acrylic Logo Wall Signs Introduce a New Brand
When working with the Oie Group Real Estate Broker team, we learned that the client had moved within the same building and now represents two new brands, one of which is Properly Escrow. Our technicians developed two clear acrylic lobby signs with die-cut vinyl graphics. We installed them with brushed aluminum wall standoffs. This signage design is an economical option compared to dimensional letters because the panels are easy to move if the client remodels or changes suites again.
Clear Acrylic Lobby Signs Offer Plenty of Customization Options
Over the years, our graphic artist has designed various lobby signs for clients, requesting clear acrylic as the starting point for the signage. In the process, we have encapsulated brand messages with unique design details.
- Acrylic on acrylic. This lobby sign began with a quarter-inch-thick clear acrylic panel. The lettering was also cut from quarter-inch-thick acrylic. Our technicians applied a brushed aluminum laminate to the three-dimensional letters, which creates a classic look that stands out.
- Vinyl overlays on acrylic. Another setup that appealed to this client as well is the clear acrylic panel that we treat with an imprinted vinyl overlay. This combination results in a clean and elegant look. For intricate logos and gradient color changes, this is an excellent option.
- Textured vinyl on acrylic. All imprinted vinyl overlays are not the same. For another client, we applied a 3M textured wrap that mimics a brushed metal element on the clear acrylic sign. It is another excellent way of encapsulating a client’s unique brand message.
Not Sure That Acrylic is Right for You? There are Other Options!
Clear acrylic lobby signs may not be the right material to serve as the foundation for your reception area signage. Consider selecting something as elegant as brushed aluminum, PVC, or high-density urethane (HDU). We recommend carving the lettering rather than adding three-dimensional letters for the latter material.
