More and more business owners request laser cut acrylic logo signs in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Fontana. A case in point is Amazon’s POC1 facility, which needed several dimensional logos with varying brand messages.
Amazon’s POC1 Distribution Center Brands With 3D Logo Signs
For this project, our technicians cut two circular logos from half-inch-thick acrylic. We added laser-cut, half-inch-thick graphics and lettering to enhance the three-dimensional look. Look closely, and you will notice that the intricacy of the logo presentation requires a laser cutter’s precision.
Once we had cut out the pieces, our technicians painted the logos in Amazon’s three custom colors. Now, one sign for the office reception lobby spells “Pride in Operations.” The second one features Fontana’s city name. These dimensional logos look professional and are excellent methods for telling a part of the company’s brand story.
Laser Cutting Logos and Letters? We Do That!
While most sign companies rely on CNC routers for everything, we precision-cut intricate signage elements with our laser cutter. The investment ensures finer details and complex logo rendering. You notice the difference, particularly on the insides of the capital letter A. While even a 3/16-inch diameter CNC router bit still results in rounded angles inside the letter, the laser cutter makes it possible to express these small features accurately but with smooth edges.
Other laser cutter uses are engraving or etching aluminum or acrylic. It opens the door to a whole new way of accurately rendering brand details in innovative ways. Our clients love how laser-cut lobby logo signs for offices and other facilities look.
However, having a laser cutter does not mean that we put the CNC router in storage. For other projects, this computer-controlled cutting tool works well. It does a good job cutting acrylic following a set of basic specs. Our team will use the machine required to ensure a fully brand-centric rendering of your signage when doing your project.
