GN BODYDOCTOR, specializing in pelvic health, welcomes patients at 14731 Garfield Avenue. This business is an existing customer’s tenant, for whom we previously did a lobby sign and monument tenant panels. This time, they rebranded one of the suites and needed us to replace the building sign and street numbers.
However, while removing the foam letters and numbers, the old stucco started coming off the building. Our team sprang into action and did stucco repair (at a nominal additional charge) that would leave the facade looking great. Once the stucco, primer, and paint cured, we installed the new signage.
For this project, we used PVC rather than foam because it is denser and allows for stud mounting. We were looking toward the future because if the sign ever needs to be removed, it will not harm the stucco.

Prepping the monument in this scenario requires us to patch prior stud installation holes and repaint the structure. It lets us return the signage to a like-new display. Moreover, sometimes, a client still has a lighted sign that uses expensive bulbs. Our team will gladly do LED conversions for lighted signs during refurbishing or cleaning.
