Located at 425 East B Street, the Ontario Fire Department training center prepares recruits for the profession’s rigors. Concurrently, trainees learn how to stay safe. Recently, the fire department contacted our shop and asked us to put together history timeline wall wraps in Ontario, CA.
Timeline Wall Wraps Tell the Story of the Fire Department
The Ontario Fire Department had the vision to tell its story by combining historical wall murals with current events. The client supplied us with various old photos of the fire chiefs, facilities, and equipment. Our graphic artist took it from there, designed a cohesive history timely wall graphic, and enhanced the old photos to look as good as today’s high-definition images.
Once the wrap was completely designed, our technicians went to work. They printed out the graphics featuring full-color, black-and-white, and sepia shots for a fantastic presentation. It introduces the Department’s story in 1882 with an official founding date of 1893. From there, it moves forward across three walls for almost 80 feet, creating an impressive effect.
However, we were not done yet. Three-dimensional letters overlay the center of the wrap to spell out the name of the Department. Combining 3D letters and printed vinyl wall graphics is always an excellent method of creating a focal point in custom wall graphics for businesses and organizations. The training room now sets the ideal backdrop for the recruits as they learn what it takes to be a fire department member.
