In the past, Superior Signs and Graphics had undertaken several signage projects such as pole banners and advertising markers for the banquet facilities. The new owners liked our past work. To spruce up the facility’s look and feel, it was essential to work on the monument sign, which had several problems.
For starters, what was once clear acrylic had become marred and scratched by countless maintenance professionals who attempted to scrape off graffiti. Also, the panels did not fit well, which led to their falling out of the sign periodically. Most importantly, the facing material had undergone severe sun damage so that the graphics that were installed on the back of the acrylic had begun to peel off.
Our technicians visited the location and ensured that the monument sign’s overall structure was sound. Next, we designed a new facing graphic that incorporates the colors that players see on the course’s website. We then applied the graphics to white translucent acrylic panels.
