Fullerton CA – Video of Huge Wall Wraps for Cal State! Vinyl at Its Best!

Wrapping the Cal State Fullerton Soccer Stadium Wall

We worked with the school’s athletic department to prepare the project. It is the perfect example of an extreme wall wrap. We treated a huge area that displayed some degrading signage products. At the location, our team prepared the wall.

In the shop, technicians fine-tuned the design and printed the wall graphics on special cast vinyl. It enables ultra conformability, which would allow the material to adhere to an exterior wall with all of its nooks and crannies. Because we had tested the wall before the creation of the product, we knew what adhesive we needed.

In the shop, we also paneled the wall with our software. It ensured complete coverage of the entire surface, which measured 16 feet in height and 175 feet in width. We worked at a rate of 45 feet per day during the installation process. To ensure the perfect seam match, we planned for a panel overlap of two inches. Take a close look, and you will see the ideally-matched presentation of the school’s logo and other identifying details.
