Treating Conference Room Doors with Frosted Glass Graphics
These conference rooms are available to students and faculty members via a sign-up process. To protect the privacy of meeting participants and assist with staying on task during limited periods, the school decided it was time to obstruct the view inside. In addition, the glass graphics make it possible to name each room, which assists with wayfinding.
We took stock of the project and learned that it would require the treatment of 25 doors. For each entry, we treated the upper half of the glass. It would feature a large frosted surface with etched decorative details as well as the room name designation. The finished result is a professional look that perfectly combines form with function.
