Clausen is the property management company that Superior Signs and Graphics does a lot of work for. The firm manages five separate properties in Anaheim as well as one each in Downey and Norwalk. Several years ago, our sign shop began putting together all the company’s commercial real estate “For Lease” signs.
We also refaced the pylon sign at one location. It is fair to say that Clausen likes our work. The firm’s management team routinely refers us to its tenants.
A few years ago, the company tried a new marketing tactic. The team asked us to do “For Lease” window graphics when a suite became vacant. We also added “For Lease” lettering on the prior tenant’s overhead signs. Clausen received a good return on its investment with these graphics. The company is leasing vacant units much faster.
We typically finish these signs with anti-graffiti laminates on the windows to discourage vandals from tagging the signage. Doing so saves the client money because the company does not have to replace defaced panels. They clean up easily.
Commercial Space “For Lease Signs” and Window Graphics in Norwalk CA
This time, Clausen needed assistance with the Norwalk property. The firm had two vacancies at the center. Because the venue has such excellent visibility from two busy streets, it made sense to use the effective window graphics setup for the lease information.
Our technicians started the project by removing the prior tenant’s old graphics from the overhead signage as well as from the pylon sign. Next, we designed and manufactured “For Lease” signs. We placed the new graphics on the overhead signs as well as on the windows.
Because time is money, we ensured that we were ready to install as soon as Clausen would give us the green light. Within two hours after the management team received the keys from the exiting tenants, our installers were on site preparing the surfaces and putting up the new signage. A short while later, the units were ready for leasing with all advertisements in place!
