The City of Buena Park is growing! Already, there is a steady influx of visitors to Knott’s Berry Farm. However, if the construction along Beach Boulevard is any indication, there is a lot more to come. To give residents and visitors a taste of what to expect, the city’s planning team contacted our sign shop to request the design, manufacture, and installation of themed construction fence banner wraps in Buena Park CA.
Mesh Banner Fence Wraps Beautify a Bustling Construction Zone
Construction zones are not particularly attractive to look at. Besides that, the holes in the ground and even the rising building do not tell you what will happen there in a few short months. That said, a custom-imprinted fence wrap that features bold and colorful information obstructs the work site and instead gives you a glimpse at the attractions that are coming.
We worked with the city’s commission to put together a 5.5-foot-tall mesh banner that would wrap a staggering 1,500 linear feet of construction fencing. In addition to the epic proportions, the city requested that the images would be vibrant renditions of what to expect. Case in point is the KISS Rock & Brews bar & grill, which is a long-awaited Southland favorite.
There are also hotels coming that encourage visitors to plan staycations close to home. Artwork that we used depicts various shopping sites, the Medieval Times Dinner Show, the bar and grill, and other incoming attractions. On the portions of the wrap that do not feature bold colors, there is lettering that identifies the city and encourages passersby to dine, shop, and play in Buena Park.
We enjoyed working on this project since it is pretty much in our backyard. Most importantly, it shows that our city is growing and will soon offer new attractions that are going to be something to talk about. Next time you drive by the area, go down Beach Boulevard and take a look!
Construction Fencing is an Ideal Advertising Backdrop
Of course, mesh fencing is only one way to drum up interest in what is being built behind the scenes. Another way to share a developer’s vision with passersby is the architect’s rendering. We typically mount this type of signage as an oversized post and panel display at the corner of the building site.
There, it showcases what the architect envisions the finished building to look like. It is an ideal method of encouraging early leasing inquiries from interested tenants. By filling the building before its construction is even finished ensures that the development is off to a running start.
We also use fence signage, such as Dibond products. The polyethylene core between the two sheets of aluminum significantly lightens the weight of the sign. Therefore, it easily attaches to the fencing without causing bowing and bending. Besides that, it encourages the display of multiple informational presentations around the building site.
Whether you need themed construction fence banner wraps in Orange County, would prefer an architect’s rendering, or would like to try aluminum panels, we can help. Connect with our sign shop today for more information!
