The St. Thomas Korean Catholic Center started with 280 families in 1987. The congregation moved to 412 North Crescent Way in 1994. When we initially started working with the priest, he commissioned reflective parking signs for the lot. He liked our work and recently started talking to us about 3D building lettering for the Anaheim church.
Dimensional Letters Welcome Worshippers and Guests
The church’s entrance reminds of an atrium. It opens to the parking lot. Because the setup did not look a lot like a typical church portal, the congregation wanted to make it easier for first-time guests to find the entrance. We worked with the priest to put together an ideal signage solution.
Our team started with half-inch-thick PVC. We took great care when cutting out the Korean letters to establish crisp edges. The sides of the 3D letters are black. The logos and English lettering present with silver rims. This visual differentiation is aesthetically pleasing and eye-catching.
Our team brought out the shop’s bucket van to install the letters on the façade. In this way, we ensured a perfect presentation of the congregation’s name across the building’s front. Now, the attractive lettering welcomes parishioners to weekly services and meetings. Moreover, the sign effectively assists newcomers with wayfinding.
Churches Need Excellent Signage
Superior Signs and Graphics has worked with numerous congregations to put together functional, durable, and budget-friendly signage products. We understand that your religious institution needs high-quality signs to assist with wayfinding, ADA compliance, safety, and aesthetics.
- Building signs. Choose from 3D letters or opt for backlit church signs. The goal is to present your faith community’s name and logo for all to see. Frequently, these signs mark the entrances to the building.
- Church wall graphics. Beautify the children’s ministry area with scenes from the Bible. Welcome worshippers to the facility with thought-provoking, profound messages as they enter the vestibule.
- Wayfinding signage. Simple aluminum panels that point to the church office are as functional as directories that outline several buildings on your property. The goal is to help people find their ways around – especially if it is the first time that they worship with you.
- Window graphics. Emphasize your logo and name by placing it on the windows or glass doors. Choose colorful renditions or basic white vinyl. Door lettering and graphics can increase your reach by referring visitors to your social media presence or providing contact details for church leaders.
