We discussed the conference banners and signs for Orange County with the group. It was decided that we would manufacture three banner stands that put a human face to the condition. Since the foundation works with an event coordinator, we were asked to work directly with these professionals to coordinate additional signs for the event. This was a great help when it came to determining quantities and actual imprints. Because of the input we received, we created table identifiers to help international visitors find each other at designated places. Branding each marker with the National Fragile X Foundation’s symbol tied together the look of the various signs that showed different designations.
To assist with scheduling and wayfinding, we also did 30” by 40” signs that are suitable for easel placement. They display the scheduled meetings and events of the conference. Breakout sessions are clearly marked. We used foam core material to ensure that the signs are rigid but light enough for easy transport and movement.
