At NurtureSource Designs we are a fee-based service.  That means we create a scope of work for our services and propose a fee to complete that scope of work. Our initial visit is free and we write a proposal for our clients to review.  There is a wide range of services and fees for preparing and presenting homes for sales (our primary source of business).  Fees and range from $2,500 to $10,000 for home staging and home preparations can range from $1,000 to $50,000 depending on the scope of work.  We have homes painted (interior & exterior), landscaped, hardwood floors refinished or replaced, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, etc.  It all depends on the clients budget and what the home needs to be turn-key (move-in ready).  A move-in ready homes sells quickly and for the best price.
