Residential real estate is a dynamic industry within the U.S.  That means it evolves.  In March of 2003 one of the positive results of the "real estate bubble" (before it burst) is that home sellers could receive multiple offers for there home if they were located in strong regions of the country.  The San Francisco Bay Area is a renowned area in California due to its industries like Silicon Valley and financial services.  Our first home stagings was one of the owner of NurtureSource Design's (NSD) personal home in Berkeley, CA.  The market responded strongly with real estate agents inquiring which company staged the home.  The owner of NSD saw the business opportunity and started NSD in June, 2003.  We have been growing since.
