The 80/20 Method Generally, 80 percent of work activities do not result in higher productivity or sales. That means only 20 percent of the work is conducive to scaling your business. Reduce and eliminate all other work not contributing to business growth. Effectively Plan and Prioritize You will learn how to prioritize tasks conducive to faster goal achievement by maintaining a single-minded focus on completing assignments. • Assess your current marketing.

Utilize Marketing Automation Tools Marketing automation platforms are multi-dimensional tools to make understanding and reaching your target consumer base and finding leads quick and simple yet effective as it uses data. You can use marketing automation tools to update your social media, complete drip campaigns, complete data analysis, and more. Increase Your Productivity Aim to get twice as much work done in the same amount of time by grouping similar objectives and tasks. By focusing on completing similar tasks, you will get more done and improve your skills to begin to complete them more quickly. Assign Tasks Based on Skills Assign tasks to people who have relevant skills in those assignments or activities. Delegate effectively to get more done in less time and with more efficiency. Simplify Your Workload Complex tasks require more time, money, people, and resources. You will strategize to eliminate 30 percent of unnecessary steps to complete them quicker, with fewer resources and a lower risk of error.
