Identifying your vision of your future is essential in choosing a new career. Without one, you’ll have difficulty finding out what careers align with your ideals and creating tangible goals. After achieving clarity on what your previous job lacked, we will focus on your ideal career and strategize how you will get there by setting goals.
Review Your Skills and Explore Your Options
We’ll explore other careers utilizing the skills that served you as an accountant, such as personal financial advisors, cost estimators, bookkeeping, financial managers, and more. We will identify the right career based on your interests, preference for wages, career outlook, and more. Once we’ve chosen the right job based on your vision, talent, and skills, we will refine your resume and develop any additional skills you may need for the new position.
Strategic and Action Planning
Once you’ve chosen your new career path and have identified the skills needed, we will create a strategic plan to complete your career transition goal. We will create a career activity schedule, complete skill-building objectives, and use action plans to track your performance. We will also use milestones and set a deadline.
Write a Business Plan/Interview Preparation
We will refine your portfolio, develop optimal marketing, and begin to prepare for your interview. Additionally, I will help negotiate wages upon hiring according to your preference.
