Hey everyone, Todd Eppert with FocalPoint Business Coaching of Ohio in West Chester. Today I want to take a couple of minutes to share a quick story about a client I’ve been working with on and off for the last four years.
(Cincinnati Insurance) is a Fantastic company that specializes in personal and Commercial lines of insurance in the US, primarily here in the Cincinnati Regional area. They are a non-captive agency, which means they are able to shop around your insurance coverage multiple carriers so that the client gets the best coverage for the best price. They have helped me personally, I’m a big fan of how they do things and what they do.
Anyway, Nick, the owner, he reached out to me a few years back because he was a really great salesperson, but he needed help building an agency. He needed help with building structure, building processes and hiring some key people to help facilitate the growth that he was desiring in his organization.
After meeting with Nick and learning about the business, we put together a customized plan that included one-to-one coaching, strategic planning, planning process development along the way and even a business valuation. We focused our time to help Nick work on his business rather than working in his business.
