The question is that there are a lot of posts, and the rest of them do not have ratings.
All sites that provide customer reviews are Yelp, Google and Facebook, all of which pose a unique challenge. Were you demanding feedback at all three sites? You can likely see the benefit on all three sites after reading this article, and indeed, SEO affects all three sites and eventually makes an impact in your online presence. There are no issues with bigger companies having analysis of all three, but my advice is to begin with Facebook if you are a small company trying to make hard decisions. It will be easy to deal with your next query and eventually Google will also receive these feedback. Yelp should be your last option, but it should be nice to remember when you grow up.
