Walnut Creek, CA – Should I Get More Yelp, Google or Facebook Reviews?

BY: Your Name, Your Business

It can be a struggle to determine where to spend review effort when you handle the advertising for a small business. We all know that comments really help SEO, and why not? If they select a new company for the first time, consumers like to see feedback. In reality, 83% of purchasers say they don’t trust ads, but most trust online users recommendations. The question is that there are a lot of posts, and the rest of them do not have ratings.

All sites that provide customer reviews are Yelp, Google and Facebook, all of which pose a unique challenge. Were you demanding feedback at all three sites? Segment the customer form you demand every review? All together ignoring a platform? It’s not an easy answer. Many companies tend to have such a large customer base that feedback on all three sites and others only occur and continue to grow with time, but you want to gather input and to have an active online presence when you are a small business. Let us first look at the breakdowns of each of these channels and address similarities and information to help you determine where the marketing efforts should be focused.

Get More Yelp, Google or Facebook Reviews

It is obvious, but for good reason, that the Yelp review concept presents a challenge. Yelp is primarily regarded as a review site for users. Yelp claims that they want honest quality feedback only, and that consumers will tell that they have coerced or plagiarized reviews. Nonetheless, it can be hard to establish ratings, but Yelp reviews are still included in the search rankings. The number of reviews, evaluations and comments in your SEO that change.

Is Google The Best?

Somebody can write you a summary of Google when they type in their name (score) in the search engine! A link to your Google Review page can be easily sent, too, by clicking’ write a Review’ and copying / dumping the connection to the email address. Actually, they have an even better engine than Yelp to predict “true” feedback. This will save small businesses a lot of disappointment, because their clients spend a great deal of time and effort on reviewing — and holding anyone is beneficial to the company.

Or Is Facebook The Best?

Facebook is a very easy place for people to write a review and to share their opinions. Therefore, you can probably write good reviews for those who follow you. The nice thing about Facebook is that people prefer to leave Facebook feedback because they’re constantly on the site. In a survey conducted by Review Trackers, Yelp and Google are respectively the chosen client.

So Which One Should You Choose?

This is a somewhat complex answer. You can likely see the benefit on all three sites after reading this article, and indeed, SEO affects all three sites and eventually makes an impact in your online presence. There are no issues with bigger companies having analysis of all three, but my advice is to begin with Facebook if you are a small company trying to make hard decisions. It will be easy to deal with your next query and eventually Google will also receive these feedback. Yelp should be your last option, but it should be nice to remember when you grow up.
