Swirl marks are dips and valley on the vehicle surface painting which appear to be holograms when you look at the finish in direct sunlight. These marks are caused by an inexperienced automotive detailer misusing the products and equipment in the buffing process.
Spider webs are super fine straight-line scratches on the vehicle surface painting which appear to form a spider web as a pattern when viewed in direct sunlight. Such marks are so common that they even appear on a showroom floor on a brand new car. Spider webs are created by washing, drying or wiping a vehicle’s surface with a cloth or towel of warm, dirty, or incorrect material.

Paint Contamination

Oxidation and or a bubble in the paint is the most common end result, which flakes off to expose a large rust spot.
