Glock Maintenance Course Before beginning a Glock full disassembly, check that the weapon is empty. Then, gently lower the slide, pull down the takedown tabs on both sides of the frame, and release it forward. Remove the recoil spring and the barrel. Remove the trigger assembly by pushing out the locking block pin and sliding out the trigger housing pin. Then, remove the trigger pin. To clean, use a solvent for all components, concentrating on the barrel and slide. Lubricate moving components gently, then reassemble in reverse order. Youth Introduction to Firearms Our training is designed for young people with no prior shooting experience and their parents, providing a supportive atmosphere for skill development. Participants become acquainted with weapon handling under supervision by first engaging in dry practice with dummy rounds. Moving on to live-fire drills on our advanced range, parents and children connect while improving their shooting abilities.
