Local Gun Range Offers Shotgun Training Courses

While many gun ranges offer training in shooting handguns, safety and effective shooting should be promoted regardless of the type of firearm being shot. It’s our mission to empower and educate the next generation of responsible gun owners, so we offer an entire catalog of courses which cover the effective shooting of many different types of guns. One of our specialties is training the safe and proper use of shotguns. Whether you’re taking up shotgun shooting as a hunter, want to shoot for sport or are just seeking education on how these unique weapons work, we can increase your knowledge and help you become a more confident shooter. Our facility is located in Tempe, AZ and we are happy to be the go-to source for all things firearms for people in Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert and the entire surrounding area. We have state of the art gun ranges, including private, tactical and simulation ranges, which can accommodate any type of shooter and firearm. We also have a fully-stocked store with the latest guns, ammo and accessories, and we’re proud to promote a culture of safe gun ownership. We have a passion for educating our community on safe gun use, and today we will discuss our shotgun training. In the sections to follow, we will cover a few aspects of our courses and hopefully give you some insight into how we can help develop your shotgun skills.

Learn at Your Skill Level

We offer three basic courses which cover shotguns, ranging from a course tailored to meet the needs of beginners to a course which can help hone the skills of seasoned shooters. For beginners, we can cover the basics of shotgun operation and safety, how to load and store your weapon, how to mount the gun and move to the range for practical use of these skills. Experts can learn more in-depth skills such as shooting from multiple positions, practical reload practices, shooting multiple times with accuracy and more.

Classroom or Private Lessons Available

While many people choose to participate in our comfortable, low-stress classroom training sessions, we have learned a group setting is not ideal for everyone. Some people learn better with one-on-one instruction or are more comfortable outside a group, so to better serve our clients we offer private lessons which can directly address your needs.

Learn From Expert Instructors

The main feature of our courses which sets us apart from other offerings is our expert team of instructors. You can be assured you are learning from the best when taking a course at our range. We employ NRA-certified instructors and many of them have a background in law enforcement or military service. These firearm experts know the theories behind safe and effective shooting and can combine those with their real world experience to provide an unparalleled training experience. Ready to become more effective and learn to be safe while shooting a shotgun? Our team of pros is ready to help.
