Luckily, there are ways you can protect yourself, best practices to ensure safety and people who are here to help you feel prepared and confident for any showing.
We offer gun safety classes which also cover smart ways to defend yourself and stay aware of your surroundings. These classes are offered at our facility right here in the Tempe area, and we have been honored to serve the people of Gilbert, Scottsdale and the surrounding areas for years.
Our facility features state-of-the-art shooting ranges, simulators and some of the best instructors in gun safety. We have a passion for responsible gun ownership, and many of our instructors have real world experience as former military members or law enforcement officers, and are NRA certified.
When it comes to our courses for Realtors, we certainly promote gun safety and help you feel comfortable carrying a firearm, but we also tailor the course to speak to the unique challenges agents face when showing a property to a new client.
Our instructors cover different ways to ensure your safety just by examining your surroundings, discuss non-lethal methods of protection and how to use great pieces of technology to promote safety in any showing, before we even get into discussing firearms. It’s our goal to give a holistic view of Realtor safety rather than just going over gun safety and effectiveness (but we certainly cover guns, too).
As stated before, we have a robust lineup of instructors, but only select ones are given the opportunity to lead the Realtor course. We require instructors for this course to have law enforcement experience, because they can use real world examples of dealing with criminals to help you better prepare yourself for an incident.
Our participants in this course always appreciate this valuable insight, and we have had many agents refer their friends or their entire offices to take the course as well because this knowledge base will make you feel much more confident when you meet new clients.
