There are so many benefits to taking a private shooting lesson compared to other classes we offer. Private lessons are almost completely customizable so that you can work on what you want. There is no set curriculum that the instructor must follow so you can focus on the skills that you want to beef up. Plus, private shooting lessons allow for more concentrated attention from the instructor. There aren’t other students that distract the instructor. They are wholly focused on you and helping you improve. This means that they can better find ways to help you practice and find the little things that you may not even notice are bad habits. No other students also mean that you can go completely at your own pace in a private lesson. In open classes, there are times when you feel ready to move on but the instructor has to go at the pace of the slowest student. In private lessons when you feel you’ve got a particular skill, you can move on right away. Our Instructors All of the instructors at our range are NRA-certified and many come from law enforcement or military backgrounds. They are highly qualified experts in the field of firearms and bring this unique knowledge to the range and our classes every day. With a private lesson specifically, you can take advantage of all they have to offer in a one-on-one setting. What Does the Lesson Include? A private lesson is completely one-on-one training from our professional firearm instructors. Curriculum-wise, the lesson is completely tailored to you in a collaboration between the instructor and yourself. Whatever you want to work on is what the instructor wants to work on. Logistically the $80 fee for a private lesson includes one firearm rental and the time of the instructor. You will need to bring your own ammunition and protective equipment. If you have a specific firearm in your possession that you are hoping to work with, you are welcome to bring that as well. Private Group Lessons We like to keep our private lessons as private as possible. For this reason, we have a limit of 2 extra friends per lesson. There is a $40 fee for each additional person you bring to the lesson. We have found that more than 3 people in a lesson is no longer private and one-on-one attention from the instructor is compromised. Book Your Lesson Today!
