During winter break it can be hard to find things to keep the kids entertained. They are home all day for at least 2 weeks and staring at a screen is not the best way to keep away the boredom.
Luckily for you, our gun shooting range is open every day during winter break and beyond except for Christmas day. This means we are open Christmas eve, new years eve, and new years day, ready to have some family fun with our C2 family.
We offer so many fun activities along with range time for the whole family. These include simulator experiences, firearm and self-defense courses, and weapon training classes. Check out some of our options below and come hang out with us this holiday season!
Kid-Friendly Experiences
We strive to be as inclusive as possible at our range, this includes activities for the kids. Kids are always welcome on the range as long as they have direct adult supervision by someone at least 21 years of age.
Other than range time we have our youth & family firearm training classes where they can learn the basics of firearm safety and usage. We also have simulator experiences that are great for any age and have no safety issues. These include multiple different scenarios that immerse the participants in the scenery with our state-of-the-art surround sound.
Improve Your Skills: Classes
Winter break could be a great time to try and improve on your skills. We offer many courses and trainings on different firearms. Our instructors are all NRA certified and many come from a military or law enforcement background. They bring this unique knowledge to the range everyday and are excited to share it with their students.
We have courses catered to experienced shooters, and beginning shooters. Anyone is welcome to take any of our classes based on what they are hoping to improve on. If none of our classes fit what you’re looking for, consider checking out our private lessons! They are completely customizable and great for beginners and seasoned pros.
If you are looking for something different, not firearm related, try checking out our less-lethal classes. These include using tasers and batons to be able to defend yourself without live-fire.
Winter break could be the time to finally devote the time to getting your concealed and carry license. We have classes to help with that as well. We guide our students into successful application submission and learning the best practices of how to live a responsible CCW lifestyle.
Time on the Range
Of course, sometimes you just need that good old range time to start beefing up your skills or shake off the rust from the busy year. We are open for that too! Both reservations and walk-ins are welcome with our members and guests. We have in-house firearm and equipment rentals, so the process is hassle free.
We are excited to spend the holiday season with our range family! While we are closed Christmas day so that our staff can spend quality time with their loved ones, the rest of the year our doors are open and waiting for you to walk through them.
