Buying a gun. For the serious buyer, the purchase of that first gun is memorable and a major step. Even if you have friends and family who are gun-savvy, going over the basics with a professional should be considered. C2 Tactical offers a wide range of training sessions to get you familiar with guns or to reinforce what you have learned from friends and family.
If you don’t own a gun but want to begin learning, C2 Tactical has gun rentals so you can “try before you buy.” Maybe the M9 you’ve had your heart set on doesn’t feel quite right in your hand. Maybe you grew up firing your grandfather’s Luger and want to see if you can find a comparable gun to buy. Renting a gun while taking the introductory courses is an effective way to find the weapon that meets your needs.
C2’s introductory course goes over gun basics. You are taught by professionals universal firearm safety, the different types of ammunition and guns and what guns are available. You will be trained in handling a handgun, how to load and unload and of course, there will be live-fire demonstrations. By the end of this introductory course, you should feel comfortable and understand gun basics.
And once you have bought that gun? Ready to pursue your Concealed Carry? C2 Tactical offers numerous classes to prepare you. The Handgun Fundamentals offers the basic skills such as grip, handgun operation, stance, and trigger squeeze. The course will help improve your shooting accuracy, prepare you for the Concealed Carry course and other advanced classes you are interested in.
And from there, the training becomes more intense and relative. The Practical Handgun course builds upon the basics you have learned and prepares you for more advanced-level courses. There is always the need to learn how to fire under stress and what to do when your firearm malfunctions.
