One of the great things about shooting is that it can be done by almost anyone! Any age, any skill level, any person who wants to learn is able to learn. One of the best things about C2 Tactical is that we welcome shooters of all levels and all ages, including beginners! There is no ability barrier in our gun range because everyone has something to learn, novice and experienced shooters alike.
For beginners just looking to try out their new weapon, our state-of-the art indoor shooting range is the best in Arizona. We have quiet backstops, advanced ventilation systems, and programmable target carrier action, all meant to help you put some rounds through your firearm and up your game. On top of that our range safety officers and staff are there to help make sure you stay safe and sound during your time at our range. Especially for beginners we are available to guide you through and answer any questions you may have about our policies, procedures, or trainings.
Of course, many beginners are also looking for ways to practice and learn more about a variety of firearms, and for them we offer plenty of classes. Each of our classes specify in a specific firearm and the three-part series start at the very basic fundamentals and progress to advanced skills. Many of our students who begin these classes come in completely clueless about firearms and shooting because previous knowledge is not a requirement.
The instructors for these classes are some of the best in the industry. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area they are teaching and continue to improve their classes to best serve the students who need it. Many of them come from law enforcement or military backgrounds and bring that unique knowledge and experience to our range daily. They are happy to help any and all students with their questions and skills to help improve their shooting.
For beginning shooters under 21 years old, we ask that an adult at least 21 accompanies them. They are more than welcome in our range and classes, in fact making shooting a family affair is very common. For safety reasons, we want to make sure that the younger ones are supervised at all times and given the multitude of shooters we have on the range at once, cannot expect our range safety officer to devote all the attention little shooters need to stay safe. But if they are accompanied by an adult, no matter their skill level they are more than welcome at C2 Tactical.
The shooting sport and recreational activity forms a community that is diverse, supportive, and all around a fun time to be a part of. Previous knowledge is never an expectation as we all simply want to have a good time and maybe learn a thing or two along the way. C2 Tactical is open Mon-Sat from 9am-7pm and Sundays from 9am-6pm.
