Rifle 100 – Introduction to Carbine
This course focuses on the safe use of the Ak47/74 and AR15 carbine platforms. It encompasses the development and history of these two amazing firearms and offers much-needed details on each. This course is perfect for an individual who has recently bought this style of rifle and would want to learn how to use it.
Priced at $60, this 3-hour course comprises one hour of range time and two hours of classroom time. The equipment you need includes closed-toe shoes, a rifle, a rifle magazine, 18 rounds of ammunition, and safety gear for your ears and eyes.
Rifle 200 – Carbine Fundamentals
Rifle 200 is the second class in a series that will help you learn basic model strategy using an AK47/74 or AR15 for close-quarters personal protection both outside and inside the home. This five-hour course entails classroom work, live-fire drills, and hands-on dry practice. It will help you become reasonably familiar with your rifle and your skills with it.
For this course, you will need a rifle with tactical sling, three 30 or 20-round magazines, dual rifle magazine carrier or pouch, knee pads, closed-toe boots or shoes, up to 70 rounds of ammunition, ear, and eye protection.
Rifle 300 – Practical Carbine
Building on the earlier two courses, Rifle 300 will dive into much more complex strategies and involve the use of your tactical pistol skills for low-light encounters. The duration of this class is 5 hours and entails live-fire drills, hands-on dry practice, and classroom work. Pistols are optional.
The equipment you need for this course includes a rifle with a weapon-mounted light and tactical sling, three 30 or 20-round rifle magazines, dual rifle magazine carrier or pouch, knee pads, closed-toe boots or shoes, pistol with a strong side holster that doesn’t collapse, up to 50 rounds of pistol ammunition and 200 rounds of rifle ammunition, ear, and eye protection. Lastly, you will also need a handheld flashlight with a momentary switch.
