- Introduction to Shotguns | 100
The Introduction to Shotguns is one of our introductory level shooting courses that help new enthusiasts get the hang of shooting a shotgun comfortably. If you're someone who has never shot before or has very little experience, then this course is just the right fit for you.
This Shotgun 100 course is a 3-hour long class designed for newbies who want to learn the art of shooting a shotgun. It focuses on basic skills and fundamentals that you need to become a skilled shooter. The course consists of an hour-long in-class theoretical instruction followed by live-fire practical training at the gun range.
Defensive Shotgun I
The defensive shotgun is a series of two courses; defensive shotgun I and defensive shotgun II. The defensive shotgun I course is an introductory class that focuses on the basics of the shotgun, its mechanism, types, and history. It prepares you for the practical part of the class that involves live fire drills.
The Defensive Shotgun I is a 5-hour long course with one hour in the classroom while the rest of the time in the range. During the class, you’ll learn fundamental skills like shotgun reloading techniques, defensive positions, and much more.
Defensive Shotgun 2
The second in series, the Defensive Shotgun 2 course, is a 5-hour long class that capitalizes on the knowledge and skills that you gain in the first part and helps you become a more confident shooter. This course covers more advanced skills and prepares you to shoot more accurately. The skills that you learn are focused on defense with barricades and concealment.
During the class, our NRA-certified trainers will demonstrate and teach skills such as multiple target engagement and shooting on the move. You will also learn to shoot in low light with cover. Moreover, you'll be taught to use the shotgun-mounted flashlight and advanced transition to sidearms.
