Collaborating to Create a Fictional Brand Identity
First, we dug into the details. Travelers wanted the partial van wrap to depict a fictional contracting company for future claims adjusters to analyze. So together, we dreamed up Quality Plumbing, a made-up plumbing business, complete with name, phone number, website, and logos.
With the concept solidified, our design team got to work creating eye-catching graphics. We incorporated Travelers’ feedback each step of the way to ensure the final product matched their vision. After a few rounds of revisions, we landed on a clean, professional design that looked legitimately like a plumber’s van.
Meticulous Execution: Bringing the Vision to Life
Next came the fun part – bringing Quality Plumbing to life! Our installation techs meticulously measured and mapped out the van to apply the graphics to only the driver’s side. With intense focus and care, we flawlessly executed the unconventional wrap. We even captured the whole process on time-lapse video per Travelers’ request.

We couldn’t have been more thrilled to see the final product. The partial van wrap exceeded our expectations – it genuinely looked like half finished van on one side and blank canvas on the other, creating the perfect training simulation.
When we delivered the van to Travelers’ Windsor headquarters, the look of awe on their faces said it all. The claims university team was over the moon about how the wrap brought their vision into reality. They told us it would enable much more engaging and relevant training for new adjusters.
