We are happy to be the #1 coffee and donut shop in the Southwest, and we offer an extensive menu of hand crafted coffee drinks and sweet treats. We’re happy to serve Sedona and Cottonwood locals and visitors to the area, and our cold brews are loved by our regulars, people passing through, and our team members alike.
In the sections to follow, we will discuss our cold brew process, the beans we use, and how this combination results in an unforgettable finished product. Read on to learn why we’re the perfect stop for your next cup.
High Quality Beans
The cold brew process starts with coffee beans, and the quality of beans used in a cold brew can make a significant difference in the taste of the final product. At Sedonuts, we go the extra mile in importing some of the best coffee beans in the world. The country of Peru has the perfect climate, soil, and growing conditions for coffee beans, and we import our beans directly from the country using fair trade practices. You will be able to taste the difference in these quality beans and those from other coffee shops in your first sip, and we’re confident you’ll want to come back for more.
Craft Brewed Process
The beans plan a large role in how a cold brew tastes, but the brewing process itself also plays a significant role. Cold brew coffee is steeped in cold water rather than brewed traditionally, and we steep our cold brew in small batches to preserve the maximum amount of flavor. Some people steep cold brews overnight or for just a few hours, but we take more time, 24 hours, to slowly extract all the flavor from the beans. The result is some of the smoothest cold brew you can taste, which presents itself in a full bodied, low acidity blend of flavor.
Made Your Way
Cold brew has become one of our popular menu items, and like other craft coffee drinks, you can customize it to meet your unique tastes. While some people prefer cold brew only over ice, we can add in milk or a milk substitute to add a creamy texture. We can also add a shot of espresso for an energy boost, or a flavoring for a truly one of a kind creation.
