People prefer americanos over espresso on its own for a couple reasons. First, adding water changes the flavor profile slightly and produces a unique flavor. Also, water helps to cut the strong taste of espresso on its own, making the drink more palatable for many people. No matter your rationale for choosing an americano, the quality of the espresso used is evident from the first sip. At Sedonuts, our americanos are crafted using our Vortex Velvet roast. This espresso is made from organic, ethically-sourced beans which are imported directly from Brazil. Because we use the highest quality beans, the end result is a flavorful espresso which is the ideal foundation for your perfect americano.
Freshness Guaranteed
Importing the highest quality espresso beans from Brazil wouldn’t be as impactful if we didn’t go the extra mile to ensure they were ground at the peak of freshness. In order to do this, we import them directly to Arizona and roast them locally once per week. Once roasted, the beans are kept in our shop and they are only ground after your drink is ordered. This commitment to freshness allows us to get the most possible flavor into each americano we create, and you’ll taste the difference as soon as you try one.
Made Your Way
An americano is a classic coffee lover’s drink, but this doesn’t mean you can’t tailor your drink to your unique tastes. While some people prefer their americanos with no additions, since we make each drink to order, we can customize yours as much or as little as you would like. Our Vortex Velvet roast can be served decaffeinated, or we can add an extra espresso shot depending on your need for an energy boost. We can also add in milk or a milk substitute, serve your americano iced, and/or add a flavor shot to match your taste or your mood.
