You will rate your happiness on a scale from 1-10 on a map with an X. If the shape formed by connecting the Xs isn’t a diamond, we identify the areas of life needing improvement. Once we identify the level of career dissatisfaction, we will get to the root of it:- Were you using your natural talents, or were you encouraged to use them?
- Was the work unfulfilling and uninspiring?
- Did your previous career require working too many hours with little reward?
- Did you experience a lack of achieving bonuses or promotions?
Identify Your Vision
Identifying your vision of your future is essential in choosing a new career. Without one, you’ll have difficulty finding out what careers align with your ideals and creating tangible goals.
