Most patients who receive chiropractic care of the spine are unaware that we also treat the lower and upper extremities.  Extremity adjustments treat sports injuries of the ankle, foot, knee, hip, and thigh strains. An ankle sprain is due to the rolling of the foot misaligning the joints, and over stretching of the ligaments, an adjustment corrects the alignment of the bones, and joints reducing ligament strain, and speedy recovery.  The ankle injury may result in rotating the knee, and hip which can cause lower back pain eventually, or lower back pain may be caused from a misalignment of the knee and foot.  We evaluate the whole lower extremities and correct by realigning the bones, like fitting puzzles.  All in place will result in pain relief,  rehab exercise to strengthen, and orthotics for support.
